This change will take place starting from the first semester in 2009. While the Office of International Affairs will deal with the overall program, the office in charge of registration will be the office of admissions.
For those who are interested in the “Graduate Scholarship for Foreign Excellent Students Program” apply online by 18:00(Thursday) July 31st 2008 and send the original documents to the office of admissions by 18:00(Friday) August 1st 2008.
We plan to place a notice about the eligible countries and universities, the number of students per major and information on financial support online by early July 2008. The online applicants will be filtered and categorized by their university of graduation. The final decision will be made by the screening committee.

Application Procedure
The NFP short courses is one of the sub-programmes of the NFP. Mid-career professionals who are already in employment and who are nationals of and working in one of the selected countries can apply a fellowship.
The application and selection procedure consist of the following steps:
Application for admission at a Dutch educational institution
1) Applicants first apply for admission to the short course of their choice. Applications should always be directed to the Dutch provider of the course. The short courses overview provides the academic application deadlines for each short course.

2) The provider assesses the application and decides whether or not the applicant’s educational background and other experience meet the specific requirements for the course in question. The provider then informs all applicants of its decisions. Successful candidates will receive a letter indicating that they have been (provisionally) admitted. Admission must be unconditional in terms of the candidate’s education and language proficiency. Admission may be granted provisionally, subject to the candidate finding suitable funding for the course.
Candidates are eligible for a fellowship only if they have been admitted to the course of their choice and meet all the criteria. Candidates can only apply for a fellowship for one course per fellowship application deadline. Being admitted to more than one course with the same fellowship application deadline means that candidates will have to select one course before applying for a fellowship.

3) After receiving their letter of admission, candidates can apply for an NFP fellowship by presenting a completed NFP short course application form to the Netherlands embassy or consulate in their own country, accompanied by the necessary documentation. The application should be submitted well before the deadline for applications set by the embassy or consulate.

The form can also be obtained from the Netherlands embassy or consulate. Some embassies require applications to be submitted in duplicate. In some countries applications have to be submitted to the embassies through local governmental organizations. Candidates are therefore advised to check any local regulations with the Netherlands embassy in their country.
Candidates should NOT send their fellowship application forms directly to Nuffic or to the Dutch provider, but should forward them to the Netherlands embassy or consulate in their own country.
4) The embassy or consulate assesses each application against the criteria listed above. Special attention is given to:
* whether the application was submitted before the deadline;
* whether the application stems from multi-year agreements made with selected organizations;
* whether the candidate has presented al etter of admission to the short course in question;
* whether the information accompanying the application is complete and correct, and whether the required documentation (such as passport, diplomas and language test) is in order;
* whether the course is on the list of short courses starting in 2007;
* whether the course has added value for the sustainable capacity development of the employing organization and the development of the NFP country;
* whether the candidate fulfils any other specific requirements set by the embassy, consulate or country in question.
5) The embassies and consulates forward all fellowship applications that meet all the criteria to Nuffic.
6) Nuffic decides how many fellowships will be available for each course. The allocation of fellowships over the various courses is based on the number of eligible fellowship applicants for each course.
7) The Dutch providers select the candidates who will receive fellowships. The provider informs all candidates directly of their decisions, and applies to Nuffic for a grant.
8) Nuffic awards the grant for the provider to cover the fellowship holders’ costs, including the tuition fees.
9) The Dutch providers pay each fellowship holder a monthly allowance for the duration of the short course; they also administer the fellowships, make logistical arrangements, and give guidance to the fellowship holders.

DAAD-Scholarships 2009-2010 for Professionals Postgraduate with Relevance to Developing Countries
Beasiswa DAAD-Scholarships for Selected Postgraduate Courses for Professionals with Relevance to Developing Countries 2009-2010 is provided by The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst (DAAD) – supports a range of postgraduate courses at German universities which aim at providing academically educated young professionals from Developing Countries (including Indonesia) with further specialised studies.
University graduates who have been working for two years in the public or private sector in technical, economical or agricultural fields, in education or development planning are eligible for these grants. The 42 courses differ in respect to fields of study, language and entry requirements. The age limit for the courses is 32 for Doctoral and 36 years for Master programme.
The funds for these scholarships are provided by the Federal Ministry for Economics Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Due to the limited number of DAAD scholarships for its courses, not all applicants accepted for studies by the German universities can be supported. Therefore, institutions are also encouraged to nominate candidates, whose studies they are willing to finance out of their staff development budget. In this case, an accompanying letter with according statements is necessary for the applicant.
The DAAD supports these selected programmes with a certain quota of scholarships and with financial assistance for a special tutoring system. At the end of the course (programmes run 12 to 36 months, depending on the particular institution) participants can obtain an internationally recognized Master’s or in some courses PhD degree.
Target group: Professionals holding an academic degree and with at least two years of experience in the public or private sector in technical, economical, or agricultural fields, in education or development planning.
Language of instruction : German or English, depending on the degree course.

Job Description
As a PhD student you will be investigating neurocognitive mechanisms. Visual appearance is an increasingly important factor in the distress experienced by many individuals around the world who fail to meet the beauty standard and body image they have set for themselves. An important factor in this increasing striving for beauty and slimness is the continuous presentation of models with unrealistic, retouched or “photoshopped” features, which represent an unattainable goal for most individuals. The current project is aimed at understanding the cognitive and neural mechanisms through which beauty ideals shape the appraisal of our own bodies and those of others, and why some individuals develop body image disturbances while others remain unaffected. Effects of media on body image will be investigated for old and new virtual media (e.g., looking at effects of real and computer generated models), using a variety of experimental techniques (eye-tracking, ERPs, behaviour, fRMI). The PhD student will participate in the graduate program of the Behavioural Science Institute (BSI), present and publish findings at international conferences and peer reviewed quality journals, and combine scientific findings in a doctoral thesis.

Project Description
In the Oil & Gas sector of DSTI, a project is being set up that aims at making existing oil/water separation equipment for oil production an order of magnitude smaller. The traditional large pressure vessels and settling tanks are replaced by line size devices that use swirling flow to accelerate the separation process. These devices not only make oil production cheaper, but also cleaner and safer and potentially these enable operation from remote geographical locations and even subsea.
The physics behind these swirling devices are, however, challenging. The present project is a cooperation of Shell, Frames, CDS Engineering and the Universities of Technology in Delft, Eindhoven and Twente. This combination of industry, both operators and suppliers, and universities will give a solid foundation to develop this new technology by studying the various key processes in a practical context; key processes include swirling flow, densely dispersed liquid/liquid multiphase flow, phase separation, coalescence and break-up. The problem will be addressed from two angles, i.e. one PhD student will focus on experimental research, the other PhD student will approach the research questions from the theoretical and numerical side. The ultimate project deliverable includes fundamental knowledge on the processes that govern oil/water separation. That knowledge, in particular geometrical and flow parameters, may be used by engineers to design an inline oil/water separation device.

PhD or Post doc Position
The economical exploitation of high CO2-gas containing natural gas fields (50% < [CO2] < 80%) is hampered by the lack of low-cost and energy-efficient gas treating technologies. Current technology for removal of CO2 is based upon conventional amine scrubbing, which is simply not economically feasible for such high CO2 gas fields.
In the Oil & Gas sector of DSTI, a project is set up aiming at implementation of novel membrane technology in the exploitation of high CO2 gas fields. Porous membranes are microscopic sieves, which can separate molecules depending on molecular size or strength of interactions between molecules and the membrane surface. By a proper choice of the membrane pore size and surface properties, which can be modified by grafting with organic moieties, selective transport across a membrane can be facilitated. In the project, membranes will be developed aiming at methane removal instead of CO2 removal. If successfully developed, implementation of the membranes would provide a major breakthrough in the field of high CO2 gas field production and might have the potential of a total process energy consumption of less than 3 MJ/tonne CO2.
The project involves a cooperation between Shell, Frames, Energy research Centre of the Netherlands (ECN) and universities of Twente and Delft. The combination of industry, knowledge institute and universities will provide a solid foundation for development of the targeted membrane technology. The ultimate goal of the project is to establish surface-grafted ceramic membranes as a viable technique for methane separation. The research will be carried out by a post doctoral researcher and a PhD student. While the post doctoral researcher will scout for more out-of-the-box ideas and concepts for CH4 separation from CO2, the PhD student will focus towards a sound theoretical understanding of transport and selectivity issues exhibited by the membranes. The final project deliverable is a process concept design.

The Department of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry (ST) is one of the nine departments of Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). It was established in 1957. The department has approximately 390 employees (360 fte), 13 full professors, 370 undergraduate students (bachelor and masterstudents) and about 170 graduate students (140 Ph.D. and 30 design engineers).
The department aspires to be an academic institution for education and research in chemical science and engineering that meets the highest international standards. The aim is to generate and to develop technology and scientific knowledge relevant for the long-term needs of society. Scientific curiosity and the use of newly generated knowledge are the main driving forces for the continuing enhancements of the three chosen fields of expertise: molecular, materials, and process engineering.
Tasks
The research project is carried out within a larger framework of two from the Dutch Separation Technology Institute (DSTI) (www.dsti.nl) in which over 40 companies, institutes and universities cooperate. The two projects are:
“Removal of compounds present in ppm concentrations in aqueous streams” (SC-00-004)
“Removal of compounds present in ppm concentrations from organic bulk chemical streams” (SC-00-006)
The research will be carried out in a cooperation between 5 university groups, TNO and industry. The incentive is that in numerous processes compounds present in the ppm range need to be removed from a process stream or final product, because of demanded purity. Most frequently distillation is used for such separations, but in view of energy consumption, costs and elevated temperatures, alternatives are desired. Next to other alternatives to be studied by the other 4 PhD students, the subject of this study is to identify the opportunities for adsorption as possible technology for such separations. Based on a joint definition of compounds, streams and conditions, an overview of possible adsorbents and technological modes of operation will be made in the first year, jointly with the other students who have similar tasks for their technology. A choice is made for the cases to be investigated in more detail, in which both experiments and modeling will be core activities. The aim is to integrate the gained knowledge into a process model for a specific production process, allowing to establish proof of concept.
The theoretical, modeling and design work will be carried out in the SST laboratory under the guidance of dr.ir. E.A.J.F. Peters and Prof. dr.ir. P.J.A.M. Kerkhof, the experimental work in the Process Systems Engineering laboratory of prof. dr.ir. A.B. de Haan. Close cooperation with the participating companies (Akzo-Nobel, General Electric, Lyondell, Shell) is foreseen.
Requirements
As a PhD-student you have an excellent record in your studies of chemical engineering. You combine an excellent scientific talent with a sound feeling for applicability in practice. You have the ability to acquire knowledge of adsorption fundamentals, of relevant practical possibilities from a large number of sources, and to devise and carry out the relevant experiments. So you combine depth with overview. You have a proven ability in modeling and numerical methods allowing you to evaluate models. You are creative, and a team player, and have a good feeling of project organization. You have excellent communicative skills, and are fluent in English. Also students who are in the final stage of their study are invited to react.
Appointment and Salary
We offer:

at Department of Electrical Engineering.
The project
The strong growth of bandwidth demand of residential users requires new solutions for powerful access networks, to deliver high-capacity services to the users home, as well as new solutions for in-home networks to bring these services to a variety of user terminals. Currently, Fiber-to-the-Home networks are being installed, and optical fiber is also intruding into the home in order to relieve the last bandwidth bottleneck to the user. In the new European joint research Integrated Project ALPHA, part of the new ECs 7 Framework Programme, innovative optical fiber techniques and network architectures will be investigated for cost-effective future-proof access and in-home networks. These networks will support a heterogeneous set of wired and wireless technologies, and will need to interface efficiently to neighbouring networks and to user terminals. They will need to be equipped with dynamic mechanisms for optimally utilizing the resources of the optical infrastructure in response to the requirements of the services and the users. The ALPHA project is an international R&D cooperation between a large set of industrial and academic partner groups.
Tasks
In the ALPHA project, the tasks for the PhD students in the ECO group will be to define, analyse, design, realise, and test innovative optical fiber techniques for three application areas:
1. Dynamically reconfigurable optical access networks, in order to adapt the capacity to the users demands. The investigations will encompass optical routing techniques and mechanisms to control these.
2. High-capacity in-home networks, which should cost-effectively deliver high-speed wired data services. In particular multimode large-core plastic optical fiber is interesting for low-cost installation. The investigations will encompass techniques to overcome its restricted bandwidth needs, and interfacing with other networks and user terminals.
3. Radio-over-fiber in-home networks, which need to accommodate a range of wireless communication standards (WLAN, WiMAX, UWB, …) and to extend their reach. The investigations will encompass techniques to carry and flexibly distribute these radio standards over low-cost (plastic) optical fiber infrastructures.
Requirements
Candidates for this challenging project should have a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or in Applied Physics. He/she should have a strong affinity with optical and data communication techniques, and preferably some hands-on experience with optical fiber systems and electronic circuits.
Appointment and Salary
The appointment is for four years. As an employee of the university you will receive a competitive salary as well as excellent secondary benefits (holiday allowance, etc.). The research in this project must be concluded with the attainment of a Ph.D. degree. A salary is offered starting at Euro 1956,00 per month (gross) in the first year and increasing up to Euro 2502,00 per month (gross) in the last year. Social Insect-Inspired Algorithms for Decentralised Control in Distributed Computing

Social insect colonies face similar decision problems to those inherent in large-scale information processing systems such as the internet, grid computing and utility computing centres. These systems are too complex for classical control techniques to be applicable, as global information on the state of the system is impossible to obtain. However, we can draw inspiration from the algorithms employed by social insect colonies. These algorithms work robustly using simple rules of thumb, without centralised control, and achieve or approximate optimality. Hence these algorithms will prove ideal for decentralised optimal control problems such as those encountered in distributed computing.
Recently, a new social-insect behaviour has been examined experimentally, collective nest-site selection during colony emigration. This is a collective decision-making mechanism, that converges on a unique solution while exhibiting a tuneable compromise between the speed and the accuracy of decision-making. The successful applicant will investigate the application of this behaviour to distributed control problems in utility computing centres, with input from HP Labs. It is expected that the student’s research will also lead to developments in algorithm design and statistical decision theory.
The successful candidate will have a high quality first degree(s) in a numerate discipline such as mathematics, physics or computer science. The studentship will be based in the Machine Learning and Biological Computation Group, in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Bristol. Course Aims
The course aims to strengthen the capacity of broadcast and print
journalists and of the organisations they work for to use the Internet
for the purposes of research, publication and distribution.
The many ‘faces’ of internet
The Internet is an exciting new medium for journalists and media
organisations. Journalists can find a wealth of information,
previously unreachable, which will help them in their research and in
keeping their fingers on the pulse. Short news items can be presented
in a variety of ways, supported by additional background material and
stored in dossiers for later retrieval. By making use of the
communication possibilities of the Internet, journalists can, for the
first time, really establishcontact with their audience.
The additional value to the media
But the potential for ‘narrowcasting’ (i.e. distributing relevant
information directly to the target audience), as opposed to
‘broadcasting’ (i.e. delivering all the information to everybody) is
what makes the Internet really revolutionary. Mass media organisations
can directly target an audience with the news and information they
need. And by delivering relevant information to the doorstep, mass
media organisations are more able to hold on to their audiences, even
in a time of growing competition. Clearly, as an additional and
integrated new medium of publication, distribution and communication,
the Internet poses a lot of challenges.
Becoming a content provider
The Internet is a multimedia environment, where the traditional,
clear-cut divisions between text, graphics, audio and video are
blurred. Journalists, used to thinking in traditional terms with
regard to the different type of media, are turning into a new species,
‘content providers’, able to generate material for each of the
different media. Moreover, the principles of interactivity and
non-linearity mean that information for the Internet has to be ordered
and presented differently. The multimedia approach also makes
organisational demands. New structures have to be designed to cope
with the new ways of production, publication and distribution. New
ways of working, posing a challenge to established working practices
and attitudes, have to be introduced and adopted. Since the Internet
is such a new medium, there is plenty of experimentation going on. As
of yet, there is no universal model for a content provider or a
multimedia organisation. However to be able to face the challenges of
the 21st century, it is important that media organisations and the
people who work for them participate in this process.
Learning by doing
The six weeks of the course will be dedicated to enabling the
participating journalists to work as Internet journalists/producers.
The focus will be on content rather than on technical skills.
Attention will be paid to the two central tenets of the Internet:
information and communication. Special emphasis will be placed on the
three main principles of multimedia environments: the multimedia mix,
interactivity and non-linearity. The potential and the use of the
Internet as a source of information will be explored (the Internet as
a research tool), and options for its use as a medium of
communication, publication and distribution analysed and applied to
the specific situation of the participants. The possibilities and
advantages of the Internet - as well as some of its drawbacks - for
journalists and the organisations they work for will be highlighted.
Merging audio, video and print
The participants will be from different professional media (radio,
television, the press). The aim of the course is to transcend these
boundaries and merge the disciplines in search of the ideal of a
multi-media journalist. Participants will acquire knowledge of the
essentials of web-design (structure, interaction and lay-out) and
skills for the development of websites and for production for the
Internet, such as writing non-linear, interactive pieces, making
graphics and producing sound and moving pictures. Participants will
analyse existing examples of websites attached to newspapers,
magazines and broadcasting organisations.

Course Aims:
To strengthen the capacity of broadcast journalists and the
organisations they work for to research, investigate and report for
broadcast and new media in a responsible and ethical way on issues
that divide individuals and groups in their countries and thereby
(potentially) threaten social cohesion.
Role of the media in changing societies
Societies in development are societies undergoing change. Inherent in
such a process of change is the potential for tension and conflict
among individuals and groups in society. Some of this potential for
tension and conflict may be the reflection of longstanding divisions -
political, religious, ethnic. Some will have more to do with a
circumstantial clash of interests – for instance between the old and
the new (tradition versus modernity) and between individuals and
groups competing for greater influence and prosperity in the society
that is evolving. Broadcast journalists and the organisations they
work for have an important role to play here; they have to ensure that
the great issues of concern to their societies and the attendant
debates are given attention to and that the voices and views of those
involved are heard.
Integrity and credibility
They also have to be prepared to tackle controversial issues which are
not being given the attention they deserve and by so doing help set
the political agenda. But they also have a responsibility to do so
without exacerbating existing divisions or threatening the social
cohesion of the societies they serve. To achieve this, the maintenance
of their integrity and of their credibility as broadcast journalists
is crucial; they may not be perceived as representing certain
population or interest groups at the expense of others. In addition
they must develop the journalistic knowledge and skills they need to
investigate and present potentially divisive issues accurately and in
a balanced non-partisan way.
Investigative research and analysis
The courses will focus on the role, responsibility and requirements of
the broadcast journalist in meeting this challenge. Special attention
will be given to developing and putting into practice the appropriate
knowledge and skills for (investigative) research and analysis and for
the production of various broadcast and internet assignments as well
as to other essential broadcast journalism skills such as
interpretation, speed and accuracy under pressure, communication and
teamwork. There will be a considerable measure of interaction and
exchange of knowledge and skills between radio and television.
Multimedia
Course participants will work with analogue and digital technology for
radio and television and be involved in the design and development of
material for an Internet site related to the theme and focus of the
course. As well as attending sessions devoted to developing their
knowledge and skills in the field of news and current affairs
participants will be sent out on assignments to various locations in
the Netherlands linked to the theme of social conflict and cohesion
and to the role and responsibility of the broadcast journalist in this
field. After leaving the Netherlands at the end of the course
participants will become part of a network of journalists and other
experts through RNTC’s website, intended to foster co-operation and
the further exchange of ideas and experience in the field of broadcast
journalism.

We are looking for a strongly motivated PhD candidate to strengthen the medical acoustical imaging group of the Laboratory of Acoustical Imaging and Sound Control. The preferred candidate will work together with the Erasmus MC Rotterdam and Oldelft Ultrasound in Delft on the development of a matrix transducer for TransEsophageal Echocardiography (TEE). This transducer will be used to obtain real-time three-dimensional images of the beating heart from out of the oesophagus with ultrasound. He/she develop algorithms for computing the radiation pattern of the transducer, for modelling the non-linear propagation and scattering of acoustic wave fields in inhomogeneous media and for (harmonic) imaging. The PhD student is encouraged to publish his/her work in journals and to visit international conferences.
The successful candidate will be employed by the TU Delft for a fixed period of 4 years within which he or she is expected to write a dissertation leading to a doctoral degree (PhD thesis).
Requirements
Applicants should have an MSc degree with a background in physics, (electrical) engineering or mathematics and posses a strong interest in modelling, signal processing and medical imaging. It is an advantage to have experience in programming with FORTRAN and Matlab. Candidates also need to have developed social and communicational skills.

The Laboratory of Acoustical Imaging and Sound Control is part of the Department of Imaging Science and Technology which in turn is part of the faculty of Applied Sciences of Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands.
The laboratory covers three research areas: sound control, seismic imaging and medical acoustical imaging. BACKGROUND
Since
1996, the Indonesian Student’s Scientific Meeting (hereinafter, ISSM) has been
organized annually by the Institute for Science and Technology Studies
(hereinafter, ISTECS) Europe in collaboration with student and professional
organizations in Germany,
France,
the Netherlands
and United Kingdom.
Hundreds of participants, coming from European countries, Canada, Japan and Indonesia,
attended these events. Each of the previous meetings has presented outstanding
keynote speakers, followed by parallel sessions and poster presentations from
the participants.
ISSM is
held to provide scientists, professionals, decision makers and government
representatives an opportunity to discuss together current work and future
directions for research and applications for the development of Indonesia.
Following
the success of the previous meetings, the Indonesian Student’s Scientific
Meeting 2008 (ISSM 2008) will be held on 13–15 May 2008 in Delft, the Netherlands
.
The theme
of the ISSM 2008 is “Sustainable development in Indonesia
: An Interdisciplinary Approach”
(Pembangunan
berkesinambungan di Indonesia:
sebuah pendekatan antar disiplin).
Therefore,
this event is designed to provide scientists, engineers, regulators, and other
professionals an opportunity to discuss current work and future directions for
research and application in order to participate in the development of Indonesia

to reform higher education program in Indonesia

PhD on Graph-Based Abstract Interpretation
To carry out the recently awarded Dutch (NWO) research project entitled “Graphs for Abstract Interpretation of Languages” (GRAIL), we are offering a position for a PhD student (fully funded) for a period of four years.

The Context
The project takes place at the Formal Methods and Tools chair of the University of Twente. This chair is part of the Department of Computer Science, one of the largest academic departments for computer science in the Netherlands. Project leader is Dr. Arend Rensink.
Qualifications
You should have a MSc or equivalent degree in computer science or a closely related area, or be able to show that you will receive the degree this year (2007). Familiarity with formal verification, abstract interpretation and/or and graph transformations is considered an advantage. You are expected to cooperate in an internationally oriented research environment. Good English speaking and writing skills are demanded, as well as the willingness to learn Dutch. You will enroll in the PhD programme of the Dutch Institute for Programming Research and Algorithmics (IPA).
The Project
Graphs for Abstract Interpretation of Languages (GRAIL)
As more and more systems in our everyday environment contain major software parts, and we are depending on such systems more and more (we are counting on them), the importance of the dependability of the embedded software is increasing. Unfortunately, there are still very few generally applicable methods for software verification, i.e., the ensurance of its correct functioning under all circumstances. Reasons for this are, one the one hand, the degree of expertise necessary for existing verification methods, and on the other, their poor embedding in the average software development trajectory. An important practical objection is, moreover, that current verification methods typically assume the existence of a sufficiently detailed and precise model of system behavior. In practice such models hardly ever exist, and the time and expertise to construct them is missing. Examples of methods that are being used widely in practice are therefore typing and
testing, neither of which necessarily depends on the pre-existence of models.
In this project we investigate a new way of automatically verifying software on the basis of code, without assuming a predefined model. The technique used is static analysis, a general principle that encompasses typing; the new aspect is the use of graph transformations to capture the effect of the software. Graphs offer a natural model for the behaviour of dynamic software systems, and at the same time offer the basis for a generic form of static analysis, which can be driven by the properties to be verified.

Forensic Molecular Biology
A 4 year PhD student position in molecular biology and genetics is available
in the Department of Forensic Molecular Biology, Erasmus University Medical
Center, Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
The general area of research is in identifying and understanding human
individual and population differences (geographic origin, visible / physical
traits, evolutionary genetic adaptation) for fundamental biological interest
but also for potential future application to forensics.
We are using state-of-art D/RNA including genome-wide technologies to identify respective
regions / markers including dedicated follow-up studies. A suitable
applicant will hold a M.Sc. in molecular biology or molecular genetics.
Exceptional B.Sc. students are also encouraged to apply.
Practical skills in RNA technologies, gene expression analysis, including
qPCR, are strongly required. Experience in statistical data analysis would
