Masters Program in Jacobs University Bremen

Masters Program in International Political Economy at Jacobs University Bremen

The Master’s Program is designed for an international student body by a faculty strongly committed to interdisciplinary studies. The program shares its interest in the globalization process with two companion programs, Comparative Politics & Society and International Communication, from which students can choose optional courses. While the focus of the program is on current political economy issues, it also provides students with insight into the historical dimensions of the globalization process.

The MA in International Political Economy offers a specialization in the rich interactions between economic systems and political institutions. It is based on the belief that an examination of these interactions provides students with a better understanding of pressing social challenges and public policy choices.
